Tasting Notes

  • Color:

    Straw Yellow, bright, dense and lazy tears.

  • Aroma:

    Elegant with great varietal expression. The main descriptors are white flowers, such as daisy and acacia; and fruits like peneapple, melon, pear, apricot and passion fuit. Notes of minerality complete the aromatic profile of the wine.

  • Tasting:

    Surrounding in the mouth due to the excellent volume. Balance and freshness that prolongs the aftertaste.

    Seafood, poultry meat, pastas and salads.

  • Winemaking:

    Soil and microclimate: Granite-sandy soil, low organic matter content and excellent drainage. Vineyard: The vines are about 15 years old, planting density of 3,300 plants/ha and are located in two different plots. Green pruning and productivity control are carried out whenever it is necessary to allow sanity for grapes in the vineyard. Harvest: Manual with selection of bunches in the vineyard. Three harvests were performed at 4 different maturing times to guarantee freshness, aromatic expression breadth in mouth and natural balance. Winemaking: The grapes are whole pressed, without destemming. The must is decanted in the cold and follows fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 20 days with controled temperature. A small parcel is fermented with brief maceration of the peels and subsequent pressing. After fermentation, the wine remained in sur lies for 12 months. In the spring the assemblage of the plots was carried out, after it the thinning was carried out for another four months until the bottling. Malolactic fermentation was not applied in order to preserve greater freshness in the wine.
